If you have HP Deskjet 3740 Series Printer, then you can download the driver here.
In my case, I'm using the driver for my HP Deskjet 3745 Printer.
After downlading the file, just double click the exe file where the file is actually a self extracting archive. Double clicking it will extract the files content to the same folder with the exe file.
The content are actually the drivers, and you can use it for your 3470 printer's driver installation.
