I've uploaded it at this post for aspire 4530 ONLY.
However, if ur acer model is not aspire 4530, then, you can download it at acer website. www.acer.com.my (that's for Acer Malaysia, you may go to ur region acer website),
Go to ur region acer website,
then, click Service & Support > Download Driver >
then select ur notebook model and operating system (Win 7)
and then finally, under application tab, u can see the launch manager.
